Westlake seeks an Industrial Engineer to drive process improvements by collecting and analyzing manufacturing data to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. You will provide on-floor process information for training and ensure teams have the tools to meet standards.
You will lead technical activities across blending to shipping, develop SOPs for new products, reduce variation, and participate in PIP initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, 5S/6S, and DOE for project success.
