Electronic Repair Engineer (BBBH
275970) – Solihull, England
Salary: GBP
30,000–35,000 per annum plus company benefits.
We are looking for an Electronic Repair Engineer with experience in repairing electronic hardware, soldering, and troubleshooting at the component level. The role involves testing, repairing, and refurbishing telecoms hardware products and participating in research & development projects. It is workshop‑based in Solihull with a day shift pattern, Monday‑to‑Friday, and flexible start and finish times. The company offers training, career progression, holiday, and pension benefits.
Responsibilities- Test, repair, service, and refurbish telecoms hardware products.
- Participate in research and development projects.
- Work in a workshop environment in Solihull.
- Electronic, test, bench, PCB, or related engineering background.
- Experience repairing down to component level and soldering electronics.
- Ability to fault‑find circuits and components without diagrams.
- Holding Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering qualifications (degree, HNC, HND, BTEC, NVQ, City and Guilds, etc.) desirable; essential skills will be considered.
