You won  be parked on busywork here. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced, licensed engineers and surveyors on live projects--from national retailers to critical public works.

• Design & Draft:
  Develop detailed, innovative civil site designs, including complex grading and drainage plans.
• Model the Future:
  Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other advanced design software to draft and model project layouts with precision.
• Collaborate:
  Work seamlessly with our project engineers, surveyors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution from concept through construction.
• Ensure Accuracy:
  Prepare and meticulously review construction documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with our high quality standards.
• Tailor Solutions:
  Adapt and tailor designs to meet the unique and complex requirements of our diverse clientele.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in civil site design and drafting.
• Technical Chops:
  Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard CAD software.
• Subject Matter Knowledge: A solid, practical understanding of land development principles, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and a drive to deliver projects with the highest quality and efficiency.
• Team Player:
