Digital Delivery Systems Manager
The Digital Delivery Systems Manager leads the Design Production function inside the Design & Engineering Department at Brasfield & Gorrie and owns the systems it runs on. This role is responsible for structural plan production and for the design technology behind it - the workspace, templates, standards, content, and automation that turn structural engineering into coordinated, construction-ready plan sets. The role leads two functions:
Structural Plan Production (Revit-based drawing production and BIM coordination) and Design Technology (templates, standards, content libraries, and automation). The Digital Delivery Systems Manager is the primary operating link between engineering demand and production capacity, and supports engineering deliverables issued under a professional seal, maintaining design intent through every revision and issue cycle.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Design Technology & Production Systems
- Production Operations & Team Leadership
- Engineering Interface & Capacity Planning
- Delivery Quality & Standards

Demonstrated experience developing BIM production infrastructure, including templates, standards, content libraries, and automation. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360 / ACC). Structural or multi-discipline production experience with a working understanding of how structural drawings are organized, coordinated, and issued, including sealed issue sets across design development, construction document, and permit cycles.
Strong organizational and operating discipline: able to manage multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities, and production deadlines without losing quality. Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences including engineers, project managers, superintendents, and external consultants. Associate or Bachelor's degree in drafting and design technology, engineering technology, architecture, construction management, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred 8+ years of BIM, design production, or VDC experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction environment. Experience in a design-build or GC-integrated delivery environment where production is embedded with the construction team. Familiarity with Dynamo scripting, Revit API, or similar BIM automation tools. Structural production background with knowledge of foundation, steel framing, concrete, and connection detail documentation. AGC CM-BIM certification or equivalent BIM credential.
Experience setting or enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and department-level drawing standards.
