Compensation

$140,000–$150,000

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead commissioning from design through building occupancy.
  • Perform functional testing of MEP and life safety systems.
  • Develop commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures.
  • Identify and resolve complex system performance issues.
  • Lead meetings with owners, contractors, and design teams.
  • Prepare commissioning reports and project documentation.
  • Travel to client sites throughout the Southeast as needed.
What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Experience commissioning commercial or institutional building systems.
  • Knowledge of central plant HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency power, and life safety systems.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35%.
  • PE license (or ability to obtain) or commissioning certifications such as BCxP, CxA, CCP, or NEBB BSC.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, and related building codes.
