- Design site grading, drainage, stormwater, and erosion control systems for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, substation, and transmission projects
- Develop foundation, utility, and site infrastructure designs
- Prepare construction drawings, technical specs, and engineering calculations
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams across all project phases
- Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and stormwater documentation
- Provide field support — RFIs, submittal reviews, site visits, and constructability input
- Mentor other engineers and help shape technical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or active progress toward licensure
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam
- Experience with hydrology/hydraulic modeling software
- Familiarity with GIS platforms
- Willingness to travel periodically for site visits and field verification
