Role Description
This is an on-site contract/part time/full time role for an Arcade Tech located in Alabama. The Arcade Tech will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of arcade games and related equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine checks, and ensuring that all games are operating efficiently. The role also involves updating software and firmware on machines, managing inventory parts and supplies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a superior gaming experience for patrons.
This role will encompass driving to multiple locations.
- Technical skills in electronics repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with arcade games, entertainment, and IT services
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in the entertainment or arcade industry is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
