Greet guests and answer questions about the venue;
Promote and sell promotions or upsells offered at events (e.g., Premier Parking, Fast Lane, Lawn Chair Rentals, VIP Club Access);
Assist Ancillary Revenue Supervisor in setting up and breaking down cabanas, signs, tables, tents, etc.;
Handle credit card transactions according to audit guidelines and balance out with a supervisor at end of shift;
Inventory — count all physical items before and after each show
