A well-established, U.S.

-based manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with operational and executive leadership, providing critical financial insights that drive performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to senior leadership and board-level reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize monthly financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support leadership reporting.
  • Deliver accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports that inform business performance and management decisions.
  • Develop and communicate meaningful financial analyses that identify trends, opportunities, and risks across business units.
  • Partner with operations and finance leadership on financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and ongoing variance analysis.
  • Create executive-level presentations on financial and operational performance for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team during the monthly close process, including reconciliations and variance explanations.
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to operational teams by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain complex financial and business models to evaluate cost drivers, operational efficiency, and profitability initiatives.
  • Conduct return and investment analyses for capital projects and new product development using ROIC, IRR, NPV, and ROI methodologies.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling using tools such as Excel, SAP, BW, and Power BI.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, BW, and Power BI strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
