Controller

We are working with a small fast-growing company that prides itself on a tight-knit team and genuine care for their customers. We're looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager/Controller who can handle the full operational accounting and support continued growth. This role is central to keeping financial operations strong, accurate, and aligned with our commitment to exceptional service.

• Manage full-cycle accounting in Quick Books, including AP/AR as well as prepare financial statements, budgets, variance analyses, and cash-flow forecasts while ensuring GAAP compliance.

• Maintain internal controls, support audits, and oversee treasury functions such as banking, cash flow, and credit card management.

• Manage project accounting activities, including tracking budgets and ensuring accurate cost allocation for each project.

• Present meaningful financial reports to company ownership to show actual vs budget of operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 4+ years of experience with transactional accounting.

• Solid understanding of internal controls and multi-jurisdictional reporting is a plus.

• A collaborative mindset and appreciation for a people-first, customer-focused culture.

• Desire to grow and continue to build out processes to allow for growth.

This is a full-time in-office position. Salary range is $105-115K, depending on level of experience. This position does have the ability to grow beyond the Controller chair.
