The Opportunity

The company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its executive leadership team. This is a key strategic role that will work closely with the President and partner across all areas of the business. The VP will oversee financial strategy, guide decision‑making, and ensure the organization continues to thrive in a competitive, growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management
• Serve as a strategic partner to the President and executive leadership team
• Drive financial strategy, business planning, and long‑term forecasting
• Provide insight and analysis to support growth initiatives, including acquisitions and new business opportunities
• Oversee financial compliance, audit activities, and risk management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team
• Implement systems, processes, and controls that support efficiency and scalability
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• 10–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally with leadership roles in a private company environment
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic decisions
• Experience with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting at a senior level
• Strong background in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic evaluation preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• A leadership style that aligns with a values‑driven, family‑oriented culture
