Position OverviewOur client is seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join its team beginning Summer 2026. The Associate will gain exposure to all stages of the deal process, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio company support. This is an opportunity to join a growing firm with strong sector expertise and a collaborative, analytically rigorous culture.
Key Responsibilities- Deal evaluation
- Sourcing and pipeline development
- Portfolio company support
- Internal firm initiatives
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a similar analytical field.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in Healthcare, Healthcare Technology, Pharma, Life Sciences, Software, or Business Services is preferred.
- Self‑starter with a team‑oriented mindset and strong professionalism.
