The Fiduciary Solutions Specialist is responsible for marketing trust and fiduciary services internally to Renasant Private Client Bankers, Renasant Commercial Bankers as well as Park Place Capital and RFS Financial Advisors. The Fiduciary Solutions Specialist will oversee activities to assist Private Client Bankers and Financial Advisors to become knowledgeable and obtain an internal accreditation about trust and fiduciary services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing activities for trust and fiduciary services to Renasant Private Client Bankers, Renasant Commercial Bankers as well as Park Place Capital and RFS Financial Advisors
  • Oversee and participate in activities to assist Private Client Bankers and Financial Advisors to become knowledgeable and obtain an internal accreditation about trust and fiduciary services
  • Serve as an internal expert on trust and fiduciary services for the benefit of Private Client Bankers, Financial Advisors and external prospects and customers
  • Design and implement strategies to increase the number of customer referrals, gross revenues and assets-under-management by internal marketing and product education activities within Renasant associated with trust and fiduciary service
  • Provide support for the external marketing of some specialized trust and fiduciary services to Registered Advisory Firm prospects within the Renasant geographic banking footprint
  • Oversee the first line of defense as it relates to compliance, operational risk, and enterprise risk management
  • Create a culture of operational excellence compliant with corporate objectives
  • Maintain our Bank culture with the defined set of values and behaviors that all employees use as their compass as one team going to market as one bank
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business related degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of trust and fiduciary experience
  • Extensive knowledge of trust and fiduciary products, services, policies and procedures, operations, and compliance regulations
  • Results-oriented and strong ability to deliver to aggressive financial and business growth targets and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of all banking functions and related operations, bank policies, procedures and applicable Federal and State Banking regulations
  • Ability to effectively lead, motivate and coach others
  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a variety of business contacts, all bank personnel as well as bank customers and prospective customers
  • Ability to use sound judgment and problem solving and ability to make key complex decisions independently and with clear thinking and sound logic
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Ability to travel, including overnight

Employees may be exposed to confidential and propriety information within the working environment, therefore, must uphold confidentiality at all times. Due to the possibility of being exposed to high risk situations (i.e. robbery), detailed instructions and procedures are required to be followed at all times to safeguard the Bank’s employees, customers, and assets.
