Overview
The Controller is a hands-on financial and operational leader responsible for overseeing core accounting functions while partnering with executive leadership to support profitability, operational efficiency and strategic growth. This role manages financial reporting, the month-end close process, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. The position works cross-functionally with leadership to evaluate revenue performance, margins, pricing and operational productivity while providing insights to support key business decisions.
Responsibilities also include overseeing accounts receivable, cash flow management, audits, external financial relationships and improving ERP systems, reporting capabilities and financial processes to strengthen overall financial operations.
