SummaryThis role involves advising high net worth individuals on building, preserving, and managing their wealth while providing business depository, treasury management, and business lending solutions to organizations. The manager will use financial planning strategies to advise prospects on all aspects of their balance sheet and generate new client acquisition, working as part of a local team supported by a comprehensive platform.
Responsibilities- Build new client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, providing targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Generate business results and acquire new assets through client acquisition.
- Advise clients on overall balance sheet—asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
- Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed.
- Connect clients across all lines of business.
- Ensure solutions meet client objectives short, medium, and long term via a holistic goal‑based planning approach.
- Strictly adhere to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ten or more years of experience in private banking or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
- Strong community presence with an established network.
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.
- Focus on client experience and works tirelessly on the client’s behalf.
- Series 7, 66 and insurance licenses preferred, but obtainable after employment.
- Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems.
- Dynamic and credible professional who communicates clearly with exceptional presentation skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined, organized approach throughout business.
Candidate must meet the requirements of a background credit check.
Compliance RequirementsThis position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
