Overview
Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a full time Assistant Branch Manager
.
Legacy is committed to assisting our members in the greater Birmingham area at one of our eleven branches. It is the official credit union of the University of Alabama aim to help our members Craft their Legacy by providing products and services to meet their financial needs. We have been serving the UAB and Birmingham community since 1955.

. This is a full-time position with standard hours:
Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm
.
- Assist our team and members with financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service.
- Help members with opening and closing accounts, and answer complex questions about products and services.
- Receive loan applications and assist in the loan process as needed.
- Resolve problems and provide support for miscellaneous tasks, including typing, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone.
- Prior frontline financial service experience
- Experience handling money
- Knowledge of the lending process
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience
