This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Business Administrator located in Birmingham, AL. The New Business Administrator/asst. office manager role will be responsible for assisting in advisor communications, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in financial vendor communication. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the implementation of financial products, coordinating with professional advisors, and handling insurance and investment matters to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Finance
- Familiarity with Insurance products and investment operations a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a financial planning firm is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
