Job Description
The Equipment Finance Loan Fulfillment Team Manager will lead a team within Credit Products, guiding associates in pre-closing fulfillment and construction monitoring requirements.
Primary Responsibilities- Supervise and lead the team, providing oversight and guidance on pre-closing fulfillment and construction monitoring.
- Provide oversight and expertise on equipment finance loan documentation policies, due diligence, regulatory requirements (including BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, OFAC, Flood Regulations), and loan documentation systems.
- Manage work distribution and ensure acceptable turnaround times for all components, including pre-closing, document preparation, funding, booking, and exception resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for business partners regarding team performance or transactional issues.
- Conduct staff meetings and participate in pipeline calls routinely.
- Provide training and onboarding for new associates and ongoing training as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and bank policies, communicating changes to the team.
- Contribute to process improvement and risk management strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day production and scheduling of the team.
- Participate in hiring and disciplinary responsibilities as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five (5) years of corporate banking experience, or a High School Diploma or GED with at least nine (9) years of corporate banking experience.
- Knowledge of commercial credit, regulatory (BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, OFAC, Flood Regulations), and documentation policies.
- Leadership, mentoring, and subject‑matter expertise in fulfillment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem‑solving skills, and time‑management skills.
- Leads by example and demonstrates a strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.
- Self‑motivated and responsive.

Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Pay will vary with experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance.
Job Range Target- Minimum: $86,150.90 USD
- Median: $ USD
This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
