Treasury Operations Analyst

Contract-to-hire Treasury Operations Analyst opportunity with a financial services client.

• Build, implement, and document operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and controls for treasury management services within a new core banking platform (Jack Henry Silver Lake).
• Execute and support daily treasury operations, including ACH origination and processing, domestic and international wire transfers, Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, lockbox services, account analysis, and cash management products.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during core system implementation and future conversion activities from Fiserv Premier.
• Support treasury client onboarding, implementation, product setup, maintenance, and ongoing servicing.
• Monitor transaction activity to ensure accuracy, compliance, fraud mitigation, and adherence to regulatory and operational controls.
• Investigate and resolve treasury-related exceptions, payment inquiries, operational issues, and client service requests.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, automate manual workflows, and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to optimize client experience and operational effectiveness.

• 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, treasury management support, cash management operations, or banking operations with a treasury focus.
• Strong knowledge of treasury services, including ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, lockbox, remote deposit capture, cash management products, and payment operations.
• Experience supporting treasury client onboarding, implementation, servicing, and operational maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry Silver Lake; experience with Fiserv, FIS, or similar platforms is also acceptable.
• Solid understanding of NACHA operating rules, payment processing controls, fraud prevention practices, and banking regulations.
• Proven ability to develop processes, workflows, procedures, and operational documentation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a build‑from‑scratch, high‑growth environment.
