Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a full time Assistant Branch Manager.

Legacy is committed to assisting our members in the greater Birmingham area at one of our eleven branches. We have been loyal to the UAB and Birmingham community since 1955.

This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am – 6:30 pm.

In this Assistant Branch Manager position, we rely on you to effectively assist our team and members with all of their financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service. This role will assist members with opening and closing accounts, answering complex questions about products and services, receiving loan applications, as well as resolving problems. In addition to helping our members, you are happy to jump in and perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.

• Prior frontline financial service experience
• Experience handling money
• Knowledge of the lending process
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of related experience needed
