Bank Operations Cash Support Specialist

Job Description

At Regions, the Bank Operations Cash Support Specialist monitors overall branch and ATM cash levels.

• Provides guidance to the branches or vendor on shipment amounts
• Contacts the branches or vendor when large cash balance variances are detected
• Provides coaching to the branches on reaching and maintaining forecasted cash levels
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices

• High School Diploma or GED

• Banking or branch experience

• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer service experience
• Branch experience

Full time

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. Pay will vary among associates within the same job.

Minimum: $36,500.00 USD
Median: $41,790.00 USD
