The program includes hands‑on training, interview techniques, and advanced résumé writing. Participants also gain life management skills that support workplace readiness and personal growth. This supportive environment helps team members strengthen their professional capabilities while preparing for client‑facing financial services roles.

Role Description

The Financial Expert at Primerica is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Longview–Marshall Area. This position focuses on helping clients understand their financial options, creating personalized financial plans, and recommending appropriate financial products and strategies. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and analyzing financial information, preparing financial reports, and explaining complex concepts in clear, accessible language. The Financial Expert will also monitor clients’ progress toward their goals, provide ongoing guidance, and adjust plans based on life changes or market conditions.

Collaboration with colleagues, participation in training sessions, and adherence to regulatory and company standards are essential components of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to develop and implement client‑focused financial strategies.
  • Solid Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Reporting to interpret data, identify trends, and support sound recommendations.
  • Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to individuals with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to build trust‑based relationships, demonstrate ethical judgment, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn company‑specific tools and systems.
  • Relevant education in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; applicable licenses or certifications are a plus, or willingness to obtain them as required.
  • Capacity to work on‑site in the Longview–Marshall Area and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
