Senior Associate, Finance

Location: Birmingham, AL (Onsite)

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Finance professional to support FP&A activities. You will lead the department and turn operational and financial data into the consolidated forecasts that guide decisions.

• Lead monthly forecasting and monitor the company's financial performance and identify any risks and trends.
• Maintain financial models and cash flow forecast to support forecasting, performance analysis and business decision making.
• Consolidate and validate financial data across the company and ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit P&L cash flow forecast and ensure completeness and alignment with corporate requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field]
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, project finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience in developing financial models to support forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience using Power BI, SQL or similar tools.
