Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) and enhance the delivery of banking and investment services to clients. The role serves as the primary point of contact within Merrill, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete service for FA requests and client needs.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service by educating clients on bank offerings and supporting their financial goals.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials, following up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in maintaining alignment with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships, promoting the incorporation of banking services into day‑to‑day practices and communicating outcomes to the FA.
- Support team activities and cover roles during absences or seasonal increases, always prioritizing a client‑first mindset.
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Desired Qualifications- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63/65 or 66 credentials.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Comfort in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Detail‑oriented, with a commitment to personal development and client experience excellence.
- Ability to work quickly to fulfill client needs and deliver complex solutions.
- Frequent communication and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
