Senior Financial Analyst
A rapidly expanding, multi-location services platform is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key business partner to operations leadership. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A, operational analytics, and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will combine strong financial modeling capability with operational curiosity, someone who enjoys digging into performance metrics, identifying trends, and helping leaders make smarter decisions.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and private investors.
What You'll Do- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for a portfolio of operating units
- Partner with operations leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks, and improve profitability
- Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, ROI, IRR, NPV, scenario modeling)
- Develop actionable insights using large data sets and performance dashboards
- Support capital planning and investment analysis
- Automate reporting processes and enhance forecasting tools
- Prepare executive-level reporting and board‑ready materials
- Analyze trends across revenue, labor, expenses, and operational KPIs
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational finance
- Strong financial modeling skills (cash flow modeling required)
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Ability to translate data into clear, executive‑ready insights
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or financial systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus
