Position: Treasury Senior Analyst (Hybrid)

Senior Treasury Analyst

Responsible for delivering strategic treasury capabilities that support the company’s financial objectives through efficient utilization of cash, management of financing activities, and implementation of risk mitigation strategies. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and financial institutions to identify and implement innovative treasury solutions that support strategic goals, address risks, and capitalize on business opportunities.

Hybrid role. Expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 0211. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Position Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $ (Salary). Compensation may vary based on job level and geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Cash and Liquidity Management: manage and monitor enterprise cash positions, prepare and analyze daily cash position reporting, execute domestic and international wire transfers, support cash forecasting, identify opportunities to optimize cash utilization.
  • Treasury Operations: oversee daily treasury operations, review and resolve Positive Pay exceptions, provide treasury mailbox support, support business units with treasury‑related activities, maintain documentation and controls.
  • Banking and Financial Institution Management: develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, manage bank account administration, administer treasury and banking platforms, monitor banking services and fees.
  • Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement: lead or support implementation of treasury projects and system upgrades, evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements, collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Risk Management and Controls: support treasury risk management activities, monitor fraud prevention controls, ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, assist with business continuity planning.
  • Reporting and Analysis: prepare and maintain key treasury and financial reporting, analyze cash flow trends, support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related financial management.
  • Experience in cash management, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and banking relationship management.
  • Experience implementing treasury systems, banking platforms, or process improvement initiatives (preferred).
  • Exposure to debt management, capital markets, or risk management activities (plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred).
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
  • Customer‑driven solutions and analytical model development.
  • Leading large cross‑functional complex projects.
  • Knowledge of insurance operations and treasury best practices.
  • Understanding of capital markets.
  • Experience using a treasury management system.
  • High‑impact decision making and complex financial or operational analysis.
