Position Overview
PNC’s Retail Banking organization seeks a Business Banking Specialist for the Birmingham, AL location. The Role is responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under USD 2 million in sales revenue, and for managing existing business banking relationships. The specialist will lead proactive lead generation and appointment setting both inside and outside the branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
Job Description- Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under USD 2 million in sales revenue.
- Lead proactive lead management and referral generation, leveraging knowledge of bank products and positioning to attract new households.
- Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch, collaborating with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, and Mortgage.
- Deliver a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailoring solutions to clients’ holistic needs.
- Work with branch team to identify opportunities and create referrals; coordinate with Branch Manager and Business Banker.
- Perform lobby engagement activities, educating clients on financial transaction options and applying product knowledge to solve problems.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and ensuring branch operations are efficient and accurate.
