Relationship Banker II; Vestavia Hills Branch

By joining Regions as a Relationship Banker II, you will meet with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to determine their financial needs and guide them toward solutions that help achieve their goals. This role offers an opportunity for those with retail or sales experience to grow within the organization.

• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions’ solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls using lead lists to expand and acquire relationships.
• Educate customers on consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Promote emerging technology such as mobile, online, and ATM banking.
• Provide a consistent customer experience, assisting in greetings and transaction processing.
• Own and resolve customer issues, referring to internal teams as needed.
• Follow bank processes, policies, and applicable laws, ensuring sound banking practices.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Cash handling and transaction processing skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Proficient computer use, including typing and screen monitoring.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).

• Bachelor’s degree.

• One year of cash‑handling, banking, or customer‑service experience.

Full time. Eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Incentive eligible.

Pay range: $46,120.20 – $55,160.00 USD. Eligible for commission and formulaic incentive plans based on performance metrics.
