Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level. Specialized experience is defined as:
- advising management on programmatic effectiveness relative to financial objectives;
- analyzing expenditure data affecting costs;
- providing in-depth analysis and advice pertaining to short and long-range financial management plans;
- managing obligations,
- expenditures and available balances;
- identifying and analyzing problematic trends and patterns;
- preparing for periodic audits and financial reviews;
- providing comprehensive technical advice and assistance
