Job Title

The town of Combourg (6,300 inhabitants), a central hub of the Romantic Brittany, halfway between Rennes and Saint-Malo, is recruiting a full-time contract agent following a maternity leave within the finance department.

You will be attached to the head of the service and share the office with them. Your responsibilities will include participating in the accounting and financial management of the expenses and revenues of the various budgets of the municipality (municipal budget and annex budgets) in compliance with the applicable regulations and public accounting. This includes:

• Processing, verification, and classification of accounting documents: execution of commitments, sequencing, liquidation, and mandate of expenses and revenues.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgetary documents (Budget Orientation Debate (BOD), initial budgets, DM, CFU).
• Welcoming and informing users about financial and accounting issues.
• Monitoring of municipal grants.
• Invoicing for the municipal nursery school and occasionally invoicing for after-school services and school catering.
• Various declarations to organizations.
• Participation in meetings and commissions related to financial management.
• Working with elected officials, municipal services, the Accounting Management Service (SGC), institutional partners, and external providers.

- Mastery of public accounting regulation (M57) and budgetary procedures.

- Knowledge of the accounting execution of public contracts.

- Familiarity with the Berger Levrault financial management software is appreciated.
