This is not just another advisor role. This is an opportunity for a licensed financial professional who is ready to lead a market, mentor advisors, recruit talent, produce business, and help shape the future of a growing firm.

We are looking for a Managing Director who can lead from the front. This person will be responsible for developing and mentoring financial advisors, recruiting new talent into the Birmingham market, driving production, and helping establish Tru Oak as a trusted financial services firm in the region. You will have the support, resources, leadership, and infrastructure of a growing organization while having the opportunity to put your own stamp on a new office.

• Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000
