Job Description
- Inbound Zelle fraud support.
- Analyzing cases generated from enterprise fraud detection systems and from the Customer Relationship portal.
- Communicating with customers whose transactions appear suspicious of potential fraud.
- Reporting suspected fraud and collaborating with internal or external stakeholders.
- Conducting reviews and investigations of customer cases, managing potential and actual losses, and performing early detection of suspicious activity.
- Researching and analyzing bank activities, recommending dispositions, identifying gaps, and proposing control enhancements.
- Using defined research procedures to identify and resolve issues, recognizing trends, and escalating as appropriate.
- Following standards and practices to mitigate fraud, AML, and other risk exposure and loss, and sharing best practices with team and service partners.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation of analysis and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Assisting in sustaining and improving department processes and procedures.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
