Overview
Financial Diligence Analyst role in a dynamic team. You’ll be at the forefront of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring the financial integrity and future success of target acquisitions. This role is 100% onsite in Birmingham, Alabama.

Compensation
: $70,000 – $80,000 annually DOE + 10% performance-based bonus
- Assisting in the preparation of internal financial analysis workbooks to analyze results
- Collaborating with business development teams and sellers to collect and analyze financial data
- Preparing pro forma financial results and forecasting for acquisitions
- Calculating long-term value creation for capital expenditure projects
- Analyzing operational expenditure for efficiency
- Communicating financial results and insights to various teams, including executives
- Performing ad hoc financial analyses as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
- Ambitious and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
