Senior Financial Planning Associate

Location: Trussville, AL (Onsite)

Our client, a growing privately held distribution services organization, is looking for a Senior FP&A team member to join the finance team. This new position will partner with executive leadership and operations to drive forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis, and decision support.

• Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and long range planning processes.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity reports to support strategic decision making.
• Analyze business performance, key financial metrics, margins, cash flow, and operational trends.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive level reporting packages, presentations, and board support materials.
• Support M&A Activities including due diligence, valuation analysis, synergy assessments, and integration planning.
• Assist with integrating acquired businesses intro reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Leverage FP&A and business intelligence tools to enhance reporting automation and analytical capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory or highly analytical finance role.
• Advanced financial modeling experience, including three-statement modeling and planning
• Power BI, Tableau, Oracle or similar experience.
