Senior Financial Planning Associate

Our client, a growing privately held distribution services organization, is looking for a Senior FP&A team member to join the finance team. This new position will partner with executive leadership and operations to drive forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and long range planning processes.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity reports to support strategic decision making.
- Analyze business performance, key financial metrics, margins, cash flow, and operational trends.
- Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare executive level reporting packages, presentations, and board support materials.
- Support M&A Activities including due diligence, valuation analysis, synergy assessments, and integration planning.
- Assist with integrating acquired businesses intro reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Leverage FP&A and business intelligence tools to enhance reporting automation and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory or highly analytical finance role.
- Advanced financial modeling experience, including three-statement modeling and planning
- Power BI, Tableau, Oracle or similar experience.
- Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
