Chase - 425 20th Street South, Ste 101 - Responsibilities:
Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment;
Manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings;
Open and service accounts, maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital channels (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build relationships and collaborate with branch team to meet clients’ financial goals, including handling branch operations and cash devices as needed
