Investor Relations / Finance Specialist – Contract (Indefinite)

Compensation

• $25–$30/hr based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct outreach to existing investors via phone and email
• Communicate investment updates and respond to investor questions
• Support collections tracking and investor follow-up activity
• Learn and explain real estate investment structures and transactions
• Maintain accurate records of investor communications and activity logs
• Build relationships with investors ranging from individuals to institutions
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate investor reporting

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for investor-facing conversations
• Ability to learn complex financial and real estate concepts quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, along with analytical mindset
• Professional and confident in client-facing interactions
