Jobtailor in Birmingham, AL seeks an experienced legal assistant/paralegal to support the Investment Department in all phases of commercial mortgage lending. You will receive and distribute due diligence items for loan closings, log and analyze items for compliance, and coordinate with underwriters, attorneys, and title agents.
You will also assist with compiling data for analysis, communicate with borrowers and bankers, and help document loan closings, including title policies and accounting.
