Investment Banking Senior Analyst

We are partnered with a growing investment banking team looking to add a Senior Analyst or to their Consumer Investment Banking practice in Birmingham, Alabama.

• Work on M&A and capital raising transactions across the consumer sector
• Gain hands-on exposure to both sell-side and buy-side advisory engagements
• Play an integral role in live transactions from initial pitch through closing
• Work closely with senior bankers, private equity firms, founders, and executive management teams
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Participate in industry and company research to identify trends and potential opportunities
• Join a collaborative environment offering strong deal exposure and long-term career development

• 1+ years of investment banking or corporate development experience
• Strong experience with financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution
• M&A experience preferred
• Consumer sector experience is beneficial but not required
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
