The CFO provides strategic and operational leadership for all financial activities. This role is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, tax and compliance oversight, and risk management.

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy and long-term business objectives.
• Provide financial leadership and decision support for acquisitions, integrations, capital investments, facility expansions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Perform financial modeling, business analysis, and operational performance reviews to support informed decision-making.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and authorized signatory processes to ensure effective financial operations.
• Direct all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities through designated corporate reporting systems.
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and submission of monthly, quarterly, half-year, and annual financial reports to ensure timely and accurate business decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of IFRS compliant financial statements, consolidations, disclosures, management reports, and corporate reporting packages across domestic and international operations.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting organization capable of supporting a growing multi-location manufacturing business.

• A master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is mandatory. In addition to the master's degree in finance, the VP of Finance/CFO needs to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Must have several years of experience as a financial executive and leader
• Familiarity with commonly used accounting and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel) is required.
• Must be a visionary and creative person with sound judgment and technical skills, analytical ability, and ability to focus and prioritize multiple - and sometimes competing - projects.
