We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Birmingham Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Forestdale, AL. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from a variety of conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with communication and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients  communication and swallowing skills

• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in patient care conferences and provide input on patient care planning

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Alabama state licensure or certification

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide high-quality patient care and maintain professional competence
