Looking to make a meaningful impact in behavioral healthcare? Our client is seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join their team as a Behavioral Healthcare Coordinator. Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base salary/annually DOE + Incentive Bonus:
Up to $6,000 annually, with potential increases over time. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating care management activities, including case reviews and provider communication.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for patients, providers, and facilities to arrange intake assessments and referrals.
  • Providing clear explanations of benefits to employees, patients, and providers while ensuring positive interactions.
  • Participating in utilization review and quality assurance activities in collaboration with a physician review panel.
  • Maintaining compliance with clinical policies, HIPAA standards, ERISA regulations, and URAC guidelines.
  • Supporting clinical liaison activities for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and contributing to client reporting.
  • Assisting in emergency case-specific coordination as needed.
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LPC, LICSW, BCBA, or similar professional certification.
  • Experience in behavioral health care with a focus on quality assurance/utilization review.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and high stress tolerance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and computerized applications.
  • A proactive and meticulous approach to customer interactions and case management.
