Workers Comp and Occ Med Exams Birmingham, ALStart ASAP-Ongoing
Schedule:
M, W, F, 9a-5p or M & F, 9-5pContract basis (W9)
Volume: 25
-30 mix of new injuries, injury follow up visits and physicals
NP, PA & MA support staff
DOT certification preferred. If not, will cover cost to obtain
Systoc EMR system $125 per hour, plus mileage. Paid weekly
Malpractice provided
Local providers preferred
