Position Summary
Scheduling Coordinator
Location: 3980 Colonnade Parkway
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, managing multiple priorities, and working alongside a supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding care.
In this role, you will coordinate appointments, communicate with patients and providers, and help ensure our daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced practice serving more than 200 patients each day

What You'll Do
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments, tests, and procedures
- Provide patients with appointment instructions, arrival times, and preparation requirements
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and clinical staff
- Utilize scheduling and registration systems to maintain accurate patient information
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a Patient First philosophy
- Review schedules daily and communicate updates to appropriate team members
- Identify and resolve scheduling and customer service concerns
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn scheduling systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous patient check-in/check-out experience
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or customer service environments
- Familiarity with scheduling or registration software
