Mental Health Technician (MHT)
Mental Health Tech (MHT) PART-TIME WEEKDAYS; 12-HOUR WEEKENDS Mandatory 8-day Orientation Session and Mandatory 12 hour shifts on weekends. Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services is a robust, free-standing psychiatric hospital offering dedicated services to adolescents and adults from the surrounding Birmingham community. With an average census of 150 patients, Hill Crest features acute inpatient, residential, and group home settings.

Qualifications We train you to be the best, but there are a few minimum requirements for this position:
- HS Diploma/GED Required
- One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred
- Able to obtain a CPR certification and non-violent crisis prevention certification (company will train)
