As the Senior Director of Food & Nutrition Services, you will lead all patient dining, retail, catering, and food production operations for a large acute care hospital. You will partner with hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and associate engagement.

• Lead all food & nutrition operations, including patient dining, retail, catering, and food production.
• Manage budgets, labor, food cost, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Build and develop a high‑performing leadership team.
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve patient satisfaction and operational results.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HACCP, and company standards.
• Drive food safety, quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare food service leadership experience.
• Acute care hospital and contract food service experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing large teams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and food service management systems.
