Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role involves providing support to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children, with a focus on measurable progress.

• Conducting therapy sessions with clients, building a full caseload within 90 days
• Utilizing modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Collaborating within a supportive clinical community through case consultations and team interactions
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development

• Independently licensed in Alabama (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP)
• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly
• Comfortable treating a variety of client needs, including couples and children
• Strong commitment to client progress and positive contributions to the team
• Proficiency with telehealth and electronic health record tools

• Administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing
• Paid orientation and training
• Competitive compensation up to $100,300, based on licensure and session volume
