401(k) Options Your Role As a Caregiver or CNA, you will provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care based on each client's individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Bathing, grooming, and dressing

Toileting and incontinence care Mobility and transfers

Meal preparation and assistance with meals

Medication reminders, as permitted by applicable regulations and the client's care plan Light housekeeping related to the client's care Providing companionship and meaningful interaction

Providing transportation or running errands for clients when needed or requested.

Following the client's individualized care plan Observing and communicating changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member

Promoting the client's dignity, independence, safety, and well-being

What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are:

Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others

Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts

Responsible and comfortable working independently in a client's home Respectful of each client's dignity, privacy, and individual needs

Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and members of the care team Comfortable providing personal care Willing to follow care plans, company policies, and client-specific instructions

Able to meet all applicable employment and client-care requirements

Caregiving experience preferredCNA certification required for CNA positions
