Position Overview
Pay range: $15.00 - $23.55 / hour
Shifts: full-time AM
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Highlights- Performing benefits investigations
- Evaluating Medical and Pharmacy claims for appropriate approvals
- Obtaining Pre-certification, Prior authorizations and/or Pre-determinations with Third Party Payers
- Assisting patients with the enrollment and utilization of financial assistance programs.
- Providing support and assistance to multi-clinic infusion patients
- Collaboration with clinical infusion pharmacists to insure approval and scheduling of specialty infusions.
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in collaboration with multiple team members
- Ability to manage own time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Premier customer service skills

- Critical thinking skills
One year of retail pharmacy and direct patient interactions is preferred but not required
Job DescriptionUnder moderate supervision, to perform duties related to the processing of patient and third party payor payments. To prepare and submit vendor payments and patient refund requisitions. To work closely with Patient Financial Services to reconcile patient and third party payor account issues.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED and one (1) year of related experience required.
