Position Overview

Pay range: $15.50 - $25.20 / hour

To retrieve paper records from inpatient clinical locations and/or tube system within the Medical Record processing area. To securely transport records to medical record processing area as appropriate. To track medical record location in appropriate system. To sort paper documents at the patient level.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of experience working in a Health Information Management department or with confidential records preferred. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
